5 day course
This 5 day training is specially developed for you to get an all-round introduction on coaching techniques. You will be provided with a pre-program reading pack as preparation and the course provides formal evaluation on completion together with ongoing evaluation each day.
As a supportive element of the program and an opportunity to gain continuous supervision you will be able to join a best practise group. Where you can regularly record and reflect on your coaching practise and receive online guidance from Rachel our international consultant.
Completion of this 5 day training is a necessary entry requirement for you to be able to continue with Step 2 and become an international certified coach. Step 2 is the qualification programme which is certified by the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) and provides you with a level 5 graduate certificate in coaching & mentoring in management.

Rachel has successfully run ConsultEast for the past 7 years. During this time she has gained supplier approval status from oil and gas companies such as Shell & Petrofac (contracted to Tullow) for management and team development. Rachel offers on-going Leadership and Management development for Petrofac Facilities Management at Bacton gas terminal. Coaching has featured throughout the design and delivery of all Rachel’s management development workshops. Currently delivering MBTI, 360 Belbin team Role analysis, other 360 Feedback approaches supporting management and leadership development for customers in the Oil & Gas and Housing industry sectors in the UK, Petrofac Facilities Management at Bacton Gas terminal and across the Southern North Sea area.
ConsultEast is fully Accredited & Certified by ILM-Institute of Leadership & Management in the UK.
You will learn with Rachel how to facilitate Non- judgmental conversations, techniques and action plans aimed at helping people or your staff/clients/friends to improve, develop, learn new skills, find personal success, achieve aims and manage life change and personal challenges.
Coaching involves careful, attentive listening to the client’s needs and concerns. It is a process that identifies and uses the person’s own resources to help them move forward.
